Project Management Certificate Program

This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive grounding in the underlying principles, basic concepts, and terminology related to Project Management.

The Project Management Certificate Program (PMCP®) is 120 hours in length and is comprised of 60 hours of required core courses to provide a solid grounding in managing projects and an additional 60 hours of electives students select from a menu of offerings to allow them to customize their certification to meet their particular needs and interests.  

The PMCP is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK®, which is standard for project management and is published by the Project Management Institute PMI®. The PMCP is also certified by PMI® for continuing education credit.

Core Courses - 60 hours

*Prerequisite needed: You must have completed either the Project Management Essentials class or the IT Project Management Overview class.

Elective Courses - 60 hours

You can customize your certificate by choosing electives that best match your career needs.
